Our residential contracts always include batteries to replace on your annual service visit. Manufacturers recommend every 2-3 years to replace batteries but here at CG Security we feel replacing batteries every year gives you that extra piece of mind.
12 Month Warranty on new installations
At CG Security, we’re truly committed to keeping your home safe, so we’re offering free 12-month maintenance services on parts and labour for all new installations. Around the 12-month mark, you will receive a reminder from us to provide a full inspection and preventive maintenance services on your system to ensure that everything is in perfect working order. Please note that this covers equipment-related problems only, so external factors like vandalism or weather damage do not apply.
